Goibibo displayed a flight from Kochi to Gox for 20 December 2025, and it showed a total pricing of INR 7468. I paid for it along with another ticket as a round trip. Then Goibibo cancelled it after getting the payment from me. I booked this ticket on 11 November 2025. I have constantly been in touch with them over email and customer service and been very clear that either i get a ticket on the same airline on the same day, or then refund me at par with what the ticket will cost me subsequently. They have delayed resolution for three days, and without my consent, refunded me in part. I want full refund of INR 16592. In fact, till yesterday when i checked, it was INR 22921 for the same ticket. Since the fault is on Goibibo's part, and they have indulged in fraudulent means to make me buy the ticket, and after cancelling, forcing me to buy another ticket on another Airline, may this be considered a fair and just demand, so that i may book my ticket for the said date by myself.

KINDLY HAVE A SPEEDY RESOLUTION PLEASE.
