I ordered an N-Gal colourblocked straight fit track pant but received a different product with the brand name Flyte, no price tag, and poor quality. I raised a return, but the product was not picked up, stating that brand name was different. I called Myntra customer care, who promised to investigate and provide a solution after 24 hours. After 24 hours, based on their investigation , the product could not be returned. I called Customer care 3 times and lastly i was so frustration and seeing that i was not even entertained and i was kept on hold with no response from the other side. This is completely a fraud as i received the wrong product with different brand name and no price tag. This is really frustrating, and i wanted compensation for the wrong product wastage of time and disturbance and mental disturbance and causing aggression for providing no solution with multiple calling. The product was told to be non-returnable since i had been a loyal Myntra customer for years and i wasn't expecting such cheap things from this site.

I have ordered plum niacinamide 3% toner from myntra but the product which i received was duplicate one without the symbols of original one o doesn't have symbols of 100 % vegan and dermatologist certification . I raised a return, but the product was not picked up they are not ready to pick up the product and I called Myntra customer care, who promised to investigate and provide a solution after 24 hours but still the product could not be returned and this is really frustrating, and i wanted compensation for the wrong product wastage of time and disturbance and mental disturbance and causing aggression for providing no solution with multiple calling. The product was told to be non-returnable since i had been a loyal Myntra customer for years and i wasn't expecting such cheap things from this site

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
