I am writing to formally register a complaint against Ola Electric for gross negligence in after-sales service and mental harassment caused due to their extremely poor and unprofessional handling of my vehicle issue.
I purchased an Ola S1 Pro 2nd Gen, and within just 9 months, the vehicle displayed a serious malfunction with a warning – “Scooter Issue – Come to a Halt”. I was forced to manually tow the scooter to the Ola Service Center in Odhav, Ahmedabad.
To my shock, although the service center was visibly open and active, I was informed that “we are not doing services here” and was asked to take the vehicle to the Jasodanagar, Ahmedabad Ola Service Center. There again, I was wrongly told that they are shutting services, despite seeing more than 20+ Ola scooters being serviced inside.
Once again, I was redirected to the Vishala Circle, Sarkhej Ola Service Center, which is 30+ km away. I had no option but to hire a tempo at my own expense and carry the vehicle there. To my horror, I saw dozens of Ola scooters lying like garbage without any attention.
When I requested the manager to inspect the issue, I was rudely told:
“Throw your scooter here and wait for 1 month to 1 year. Then we might service it.”
This response is not only unacceptable but also extremely insulting. I have faced financial loss, mental harassment, physical exhaustion, and a complete lack of support from Ola Electric.
If no action is taken within 7 days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter legally through the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and file a case under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I demand the following from Ola Electric:
- Immediate diagnosis and servicing of my Ola S1 Pro 2nd Gen vehicle.
- Compensation for the expense incurred in towing the vehicle (including tempo charges).
- A formal apology for the disrespectful behavior of staff at the Vishala Circle service center.
- A clear resolution timeline and alternative if the issue cannot be resolved quickly.
- Compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to Ola's mismanagement.
If no action is taken within 7 days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter legally through the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and file a case under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
