Respected Sir/Madam,
I am lodging this complaint against Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. regarding their service center located in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
I am the owner of an Ola S1 Pro vehicle. For the past 2 months, my scooter has been sitting idle at home due to serious mechanical issues, and despite repeated complaints, Ola Electric has failed to provide proper service.
Details of the issues faced:
The front tyre is shaking as the bolt has come out, which is a serious safety concern.
The disk brake is making loud noise, further endangering the safe usage of the vehicle.
Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups over the past 1.5 months, no resolution has been provided by the service center.
When I personally visited the Indiranagar service center, I was asked to park the vehicle on the road outside, with an assurance that the service would be completed as soon as the parts arrived.
It has now been over 10 days since I left my scooter as instructed, but till date there has been no response, no update, and no service provided.
Because of this negligence, my Ola S1 Pro has remained unusable and idle for over 2 months, causing me severe inconvenience and financial loss.
Nature of Complaint:
Deficiency in service
Negligence in after-sales support
Failure to address safety-critical vehicle issues despite repeated escalation
Denial of basic consumer rights by leaving my vehicle idle without repair
Relief Sought:
Immediate repair of my Ola S1 Pro with proper replacement of faulty parts.
Written explanation from Ola Electric regarding the delay and negligence.
Compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and financial loss due to the vehicle being idle for over 2 months.
I kindly request the Consumer Court to take necessary action against Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. for their negligence and deficiency in service.
