Hi Everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the ongoing issues surrounding my refund process.
I had ordered a GIVA 925 Silver Anushka Falling Dew Pendant (Order No: OD334407250447954100) on 14th May 2025 and returned it on 18th May 2025. The Amount of the product is (1697rs) and the payment was made through UPI, and yet, it has now been over one month and I still haven’t received my refund. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I’ve made numerous attempts to resolve the issue.
I have already contacted the Flipkart customer support team, who conveniently passed the issue off to the Higher team. I’ve also reached out to the Higher team multiple times via email, but I have not received a single meaningful response. This level of delay and ignorance is simply unacceptable and unprofessional.
Since then, I’ve been waiting for the refund. Despite repeatedly contacting Flipkart’s support team, I keep getting the same response — that the issue has been escalated to the higher team and I should wait 72hrs for the refund to be processed.
This ongoing delay and poor customer service are completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter:
I have sent an email to Flipkart as well and keeping this mail.
I am attaching the invoices and chat transcript to this chat for your reference.
I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
