Dear Flipkart Escalation Team,
I am writing regarding Incident ID: IN26052712374563736783 and my purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.
I have already provided the required evidence supporting my claim that the device was delivered with a pre-existing activation/warranty status inconsistent with a brand-new product. The supporting documents, screenshots, invoice, and device details have been shared with your team.
On 02 June, I received an email from Flipkart stating that additional time was required and that I would receive an update by 03 June, 4:45 PM. However, despite the committed timeline having passed, I have received no further communication, resolution, email, or phone call from Flipkart.
I consider this matter extremely serious because:
• The issue concerns the authenticity and sale condition of a premium flagship device.
• The evidence submitted by me has not been disputed or adequately addressed.
• Flipkart has failed to provide an update within the timeline communicated by its own support team.
• The continued lack of response is causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
I hereby request a final written response and resolution within 48 hours of receipt of this email.
In the absence of a satisfactory resolution, I will proceed with formal escalation through the appropriate consumer grievance and legal channels, including seeking remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. This email may be treated as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably before further action is initiated.
I request that this matter be reviewed by a senior escalation manager and that a written response be provided at the earliest.
