Respected Sir/Madam,

I respectfully submit this final escalation regarding my grievance against CESTOVAT SOLUTIONS LLP, operating under the brand name MapMyDestination, for non-issuance of GST invoice and continued non-responsiveness despite full payment and repeated complaints. Please find the enclosed attachment.

1️⃣

I booked a travel package for 7 adults and made full payment as per their demand:

  • 27 September 2025 – ₹30,000
  • 29 September 2025 – ₹2,00,000
  • 1 October 2025 – ₹40,000
  • 7 October 2025 – ₹1,27,000
  • 15 October 2025 – ₹30,900 (GST & TCS after adjusting ₹8,000 balance)
Total Paid: ₹3,97,000 + GST/TCS

On 15 October 2025, the company confirmed via official email that full payment was received and assured that the GST invoice would be issued within 7 working days.

However, no GST invoice has been issued till date.

2️⃣

After the expiry of 7 working days, I repeatedly contacted the company through:

  • Emails
  • Phone calls (+91-9911463140 / 011-49051984)
  • WhatsApp messages
Despite continuous follow-ups, the company has neither issued the invoice nor provided any response.

3️⃣

Due to the company’s non-responsiveness, I approached the following authorities:

  1. Complaint filed with National Consumer Helpline – Matter not resolved.
  2. Complaint filed on E-Jagriti Portal
    Date: 25 January 2025
    Application No.: 202512030843
Status: No response / No action till date.
  3. Complaint filed on CPGRAMS – No effective resolution so far.
Despite exhausting all available grievance redressal mechanisms, the issue remains unresolved.

4️⃣

The actions of the company amount to:

  • Deficiency of Service
  • Unfair Trade Practice
  • Violation of GST provisions (non-issuance of tax invoice after collecting GST)
  • Violation under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
The continued inaction of grievance authorities has further prolonged my hardship and caused financial loss and mental harassment.

5️⃣

I humbly request the concerned authority to:

  1. Expedite and immediately process my pending complaint.
  2. Direct the company to issue the GST invoice without further delay.
  3. Initiate strict action against the company for non-compliance.
  4. Grant appropriate compensation for harassment and delay.
  5. Inform me if any additional documents are required — I am ready to provide them immediately.
I request urgent intervention in the interest of justice.

Yours faithfully,
Leonard Wangkheimayum
