Hey , i want to file a complaint , i have done booking of 2 suite room in jaipur hotel the grand hotel and suites , the amount showed by makemytrip was 2500 something for 2 room sets , there were no immunity charges mentioned and the breakfast was included as well , but when we reached to the hotel , they asked for 800 more for immunity charges which wasn’t mentioned before , and the breakfast wasn’t showing that it was included, and the customer care is not even reaching gor the complaint.
