Eureka Forbes called me Mutiple times to buy AMC gold plan and asked me that once you buy Gold AMC Services, they will immediately come and replace the Filter and UV filter as this is Gold Plan. If I don't buy gold plan, it will be normal service and technician may come late. As my filter was supposed to be replaced due to lack of proper drinking water, I purchased AMC Gold Plan. After buying the plan, no one calls back or no technician visits my home. The technician visit was on 3rd February but today is 20th February and no one has called or visited for filter replacement. I have called the customer care number multiple times and they have escalated but no one visits. I even told them to refund my amount for Gold AMC and I will get it replaced by local engineer but they are not ready to. I cannot buy drinking water from outside everyday. Even the service call is paid and not a free Toll Free number.

Currently I am facing the same issue ,I too taken Gold plan same was told by customer care person .but no service person and replacement.
Eureka Forbes was A fraud company,pls don't bye any AMC plans from them .they are big cheaters

I am filing this complaint from Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu. I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner on 23/10/2025, but I have not been able to use it yet.

Your representatives have repeatedly said that a trainer will come to demonstrate how to use the product, but no one has shown up so far. This delay has caused us great inconvenience. Despite informing your service department that you may visit any day from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., there has been no response or follow-up from your side.
Moreover, one of your service staff members spoke to us very rudely and disrespectfully. This behavior was deeply hurtful and unprofessional. It is very disappointing to experience such poor service from a reputed company.
 
I also purchased a gold AMC , when service engineer came he told me that there is some leakage and they don’t have a part of that particular model and Engineer Mr Prasad himself told to get refund of AMC but it’s been more than 10 days no satisfactory response have received from them , despite escalation done to even CEO . This is pathetic service. First the force and then they won’t respond.
 
I have sent multiple emails to Eureka Forbs coping grievanceofficer, onlineshopping, ceo, compliance, Customer. They have not bothered to registered service complain and even reply my email with assurance to delivery of the item purchased online from their site. Refer below the latest email;

I need your intervention to know status update for delivery of the Aquaguard Enrich Glory RO+UV+UF Copper Water Purifier with 5 Year Free Service purchased online Order id #QLV1KA1R01297520 for which expected delivery was 1st Feb, the Item is not yet delivered. I am doing regular follow up with customer care on the phone and sent 6-7 emails copying multiple contacts from the company. However, not a formal complain is registered or any email received with assurance of delivery of the product for which I have paid the amount. No one even called to seek any additional details needed to facilitate the delivery request.

I have copied grievanceofficer@eurekaforbes.com with the hope that there will be at least a reply on the status of the delivery of the product. I have also copied the CEO and Compliance team of the company to make them aware of pathetic service for great brands/products from this company which is spoiling the reputation of the company. If you disagree, please google search about the services that may help you to take the right path for the company to protect the reputation.

It's been 2 months now, there is no resolution. Company is neither working on my complaint nor refunding my money.
 
I want to inform you that since I have been using your product for the last seven to eight years, I have been facing a lot of difficulties because you do not provide proper service here. And you use unprofessional manpower who have no technical knowledge at all and there is a huge communication gap.So I request you to give more importance to service than your product and share the tentative date and time by which my problem will be solved.

Note: I would also like to inform you that even though I did not share any OTP, my complaint on the 24th Feb'26 was automatically closed. And my new complaint ID is CM - 260226-67467079 this, so please look into it and arrange to close it as soon as possible.
