I ordered a Car Paint Scratch Remover through an Instagram seller. The order was placed through Instagram DM, and I paid ₹549 as Cash on Delivery (COD).
However, I received a completely different product: “Scar Remover Scar Spray” instead of the car scratch remover I ordered.
The parcel details are:

* Delivery Partner: Amazon Shipping
* Amount Paid: ₹549 (COD)
I have tried to contact the seller, but I have been unable to reach them. This appears to be a case of wrong product delivery/misleading sale.
I request a full refund of ₹549 and appropriate action against the seller. I have photos of the parcel, shipping label, SMS, and the product received as proof.
