I booking a flight from CCU to Ahmedabad on 29 th December 2025 using Goibibo platform and paid 7821 rupees.
The flight was then delayed by 6+ hours and i contacted the airline - Spice jet , and they said I was entitled to a full refund.
In Goibibo app it was showing that I will get my refund by 3 rd January 2026 now everytime I call the customer care number, ai picks up and tells me that they are working continuously and the airline have not yet issued my refund and the date for refund changes everyday on Goibibo it changed from 3rd to 7 th to 11 th and now it's 12 th January 2026.
I would like Goibibo to issue my refund .
