I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor and unacceptable service response from the company for my water heater Model: EWS-005L-3kW-WHITE.

The product is under warranty, and I registered a service request on 18 November for a critical issue with the unit. Despite the issue being urgent and the product being covered under warranty, I have not received any response, update, or technician visit from the company till today.

I have tried contacting customer service, but there has been no proper communication or resolution. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, especially as the appliance is essential for daily use.

I request to kindly take appropriate action and direct the company to provide immediate service/repair or replacement as per the warranty terms.
