Consumer Complaint Against SpiceJet for Flight Rescheduling, Non-Processing of Refund, and Deficient Service

The Hon'ble Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,
I wish to file a complaint against SpiceJet Airlines and Goibibo.com regarding the deficient service and failure to process my refund request.
I had booked a ticket on SpiceJet Flight SG199 from Delhi to Bengaluru under PNR C8SFUI. The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 11:55 AM. However, the airline rescheduled the flight multiple times (three times), with the latest departure time being changed to 10:30 PM, resulting in a delay of more than 10 hours from the original schedule.
Due to this substantial schedule change and the resulting inconvenience, I opted for a refund and submitted a refund request. Despite the passage of reasonable time, SpiceJet has neither confirmed the cancellation nor provided any update regarding the refund status.
Further, repeated attempts to contact SpiceJet customer support have gone unanswered. The airline's failure to respond to customer queries and process the refund constitutes a clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing financial loss, inconvenience, mental harassment, and uncertainty.
I respectfully request the Commission to direct SpiceJet Airlines to:
Process and refund the full ticket amount immediately.
Pay applicable interest on the delayed refund.
Compensate me for the inconvenience, mental agony, and loss caused due to repeated rescheduling and non-responsive customer service.
Reimburse any costs incurred in pursuing this complaint.
