I am writing this complaint from Erode Cancer Centre regarding the unsatisfactory AC service provided by your technician, Mr./Ms. Sivakumar (Mobile No: 9842517553).
We requested AC servicing, but the work was not completed properly. In addition, there was a delay in delivering the product on time, which has caused inconvenience and affected the proper functioning of the AC unit at our facility.
We are also concerned about the unprofessional behavior during the interaction. The technician did not respond properly and used unnecessary and inappropriate communication, which is not acceptable, especially in a healthcare environment.
We request you to take this matter seriously and initiate appropriate action immediately. Kindly ensure that the AC unit is serviced properly without further delay and that such issues do not recur.
