Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Defective Jio Fiber Connection and Misconduct by Technician
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a defective Jio Fiber connection and the unprofessional behavior of one of your technicians.
Customer Details:
I recently subscribed DT-12-4-25 to a new Jio Fiber connection. Since the installation, the connection has not been functioning properly. Despite multiple complaints made via your customer service channels (including complaint numbers [SR00002CK16V] ), no effective resolution has been provided.
What’s more concerning is that the technician who visited my premises was not only unable to resolve the issue but also behaved in an abusive and unprofessional manner. technician NAME- NITIN Contact no-9625319603 ) Mr.rahul paul (9354114193) This is highly unacceptable and has caused me significant distress and inconvenience.
Requested Action:
I request that this matter be treated with urgency. If the issue is not resolved within [ 2 days], I will be compelled to escalate this to TRAI and consumer grievance forums.
