I purchased a Hikvision DVR and a 2TB Hard Disk from Varad CCTV Camera Networking on 24th May 2025. Within just three to four days after installation, the DVR stopped functioning. Upon opening and inspecting the device, I discovered that the Hard Disk provided was manufactured in 2016.

I immediately requested them to replace the Hard Disk. It is important to note that full payment was made in advance, even before the work commenced. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the Hard Disk has not been replaced till date.

The person in charge has misled me repeatedly with false assurances, causing unnecessary delays, wastage of time, and mental distress.

Hence, I respectfully request that I be compensated for the inconvenience and loss caused, and that the faulty Hard Disk be replaced with a new one without further delay.
