I am writing this email to bring a highly critical and negligent matter to your immediate attention regarding one of your authorized dealerships.
On July 21, 2024, I purchased a new **Hyundai Venue HR76 J 6553** from your dealership. As part of this transaction, I exchanged my old **Ford car (Registration Number: HR26CY3004)** with the dealer.
It has been nearly two years since the transaction, and to my utter shock, the **ownership (RC Transfer) of my exchanged Ford car has still not been transferred** by the dealer or the buyer they assigned it to. The vehicle is still legally registered under my name.
This is a severe breach of trust and professional ethics. Keeping a sold vehicle in my name for such a prolonged period poses massive legal, financial, and safety risks for me (including potential traffic violations, misuse, or accidents).

Despite multiple follow-ups, the dealer has failed to provide the transferred RC or any concrete resolution.
Therefore, I request Hyundai India Management to intervene immediately and direct the concerned dealership to.
1. Complete the RC transfer of my old vehicle (**HR26CY3004**) on an urgent basis.
2. Provide me with the official Delivery Note / Sale Letter and proof of transfer within 7 working days.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no choice but to take legal action against the dealership and file an official complaint with the RTO and law enforcement authorities for my own protection.
I expect a swift response and immediate action on this complaint.
