I would like to lodge a complaint against Policybazaar regarding the poor handling of my car insurance repair claim.
My vehicle has been with the repair workshop arranged through Policybazaar for more than one month, yet the repair work has not been completed, and my car has not been returned. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any satisfactory response or a definite delivery date.
The issues I have faced are as follows:
My car has been kept for over one month without proper repair.
The staff members have behaved rudely and unprofessionally whenever I contacted them for updates.
Different employees have provided contradictory information regarding the repair status.
No clear explanation or timeline has been provided.
I have recordings of my conversations with the staff, which show their unprofessional behaviour and false assurances.
Due to this delay, I have suffered mental stress, inconvenience, and financial hardship.

Direct Policybazaar to complete the repair work immediately and return my vehicle without further delay.

Ensure such negligence is not repeated with other consumers.
I am ready to provide all supporting documents, call recordings, job card, photographs, and any other evidence required for the investigation.
