Maine jio mart online pe sab try kiya hai ,usme cancelled karne ke liya old tracking details aa raha hai, aur app what up par link send kar rahe ho. usme bhi try kiya par kuch ho nahi raha hai, already maine paid kiya product bhi received hai hua hai, our cancelled karne par bhi old oder id show ho raha hai , New september ka kuch bhi update nahi hai,

Mera problem March 2024 ko bhi hua tha uska bhi kuch response nahi aaya hai, sirf complaint le lo. aur resolve karke show ho raha hai. bahut bekar service ho rahi hai, phele muje aacha laga tha ki 10-30 min may product aa jata hai,. par abhi bahut bekar service ho rahi hai, sirf app may toll free no ya what pe msg aakar bhi kisi se koi contact nahi hota hai n custome se bathin bhi hamari nahi hoti, tho problem solve kaise Hoga, discount hone par bhi achi service nahi de rahe ho. pls help kijie, mera product cancelled karke muje refund kar dijiye. aur respone bhi accha nai mil raha hai, pls muje vishwas hai ki app meri problem solve karoge.
 
I have ordered shirt on 29th July 2025 with cash on delivery.order delivered on 2nd August 2025 and 4th August I have returned the order.order was picked but till now refund not yet received.no response from customer support....they are scamming

Have you received any email/app notification related to return ?
 
I first ordered 4 small chocolates and one big chocolate, then you reduced 1 chocolate from it and showed that you would refund the money, after 25 minutes you returned the order, after some time I again ordered another chocolate but you did the same again and returned the order by showing it as out of delivery, whereas the refund has not come till now nor is it showing in the application, you have shown only that 1 chocolate which was reduced due to shortage in the refund process, why is this so, has the company resorted to fraud?

bt still all staff like rider and security Gaurd and other all other staff not carefully and conversation,and staff and security guard also use wrong language in conversation,pls do my help and take action.
Jio mart piker and other staff security guard also not behavior Not Good carefully.

8 December 2025 order kiya tha, maine baut baar complain karne ki koshis ki, par jio mart app work nahi kar raha hai. baar baar error aa jata hai. pura filled karke wapas se start karna padta hai .information save Nahi raheta hai. Aur pic may packet diya hai aur muje ek hi receive hua hai, dhoop tho mila hi nahi, aur product quality poor, poor pkg broken pieces, pls help me.
