I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the complete non-functionality of my IFB washing machine, which has not been working for the past six days.
They call me every morning and ask for my home address and location. When I told them my location, they said it wasn't in my area. This has been going on for the last five days.

This prolonged downtime is causing significant disruption to my daily household routine. Six days without a working washing machine is unacceptable, especially for an appliance from a brand that claims to offer reliable after-sales support.
I expect the following immediately:
1. A service technician assigned to visit my home within 24 hours.
2. A clear diagnosis and repair plan, with parts (if needed) arranged urgently.
3. Compensation or an escalation path if this is not resolved within 48 hours.
Please treat this as my final attempt to resolve this amicably before I escalate to consumer forums, social media, and the National Consumer Helpline (1915). I also reserve the right to seek a replacement or refund under the Consumer Protection Act if the issue persists.
