I am facing service issues with GTPL. My shifting request (Ticket No. 1721182) has been pending for 7 working days. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, I am not receiving any response from the Surat GTPL service team.

I have already paid for the service, but installation/shifting has not been completed. I request immediate resolution or refund for the remaining subscription period.

I have screenshots of calls, ticket details, and proof of payment.
 
I have attached call screenshots showing multiple attempts made to contact the GTPL service team on different dates and times. Despite repeated calls, I did not receive proper response or support regarding my pending shifting request (Ticket No. 1721182).
