i am filing this complaint against Ditch the Guilt (an online chocolate retailer) for failure to deliver my order and lack of communication regarding the same.


Details of the Complaint:


  • Date of Order: [October 1 2025]
  • Order Number: [#95424]
  • Description of Goods Ordered: A bunch of chocolates from Ditch the Guilt official website
  • Amount Paid: ₹[375]
  • Mode of Payment: [UPI]

It has been over two weeks since I placed the order, yet I have neither received the products nor any shipping or delivery update. I have also attempted to contact the seller via email/social media, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution.


This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.


Relief Sought:


  1. Immediate delivery of the ordered items or a full refund of the amount paid.
  2. Compensation for inconvenience and mental distress caused due to the delay and lack of communication.
  3. Any other relief deemed appropriate by the Hon’ble Commission.

I am attaching copies of the order confirmation, payment proof, and any communication with the seller as evidence.
