I have booked flight 9I 926 by Alliance air for date 24 March 2026. The booking was made via Goibibo app. The flight unfortunately was canceled by the airline. I have raised a refund request on Goibibo but I do not see any progress on it since 10 days. I tried reaching out to the customer care helpline but never got through to the specialist who could help me with the status. The refund amount mentioned is also partial as I had booked for around 4200 Rs. As the flight was canceled by the airline I am entitled to a full refund but Goibibo did not provide any clarification for the same as well along with delaying the refund process and no email id given to register grievances, while the customer helpline number does not prove helpful even after calling multiple times

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the Goibibo customer care via email and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Goibibo (grievanceofficer@goibibo.com), clearly outlining your concerns, and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Goibibo a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
