3 months ago bajaj chetak electric 3501 was sold.2 months ago supporting battery down.3 months ago main battery dead.I am buying scooter in finance almost 1.80 lacs
I heard it would take at least a month to replace the vehicle's battery.
The service center said it well.
But I don't have a vehicle at the moment.
I am from an ordinary family.
There is no other vehicle to use as a replacement.
The total cost of my scooter currently comes to
180000 rupees.The scooter was purchased with three years of financing.I don't know if this scooter will last for three years, so I'm complaining that I should get my money back.

I have purchased 3052 Chetak EV april,17-2025, we are facing the software error like 12V battery low voltage, but battery condition was good. due to the error vehicle is turned on, I have approached to service team and also sales team also, they are not supporting, after the sales service team is don't care the customer problems.
I have feeling it is very very very poor service support. we spend 1.5lc money but we are unable to get service what we have to do.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care (customersupport@chetak.com) of the Chetak EV, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to solve the software issue, else you will will file a consumer case against Chetak EV.

Please wait for a reasonable time for their response. If they do not respond or fail to resolve the matter satisfactorily, feel free to reach out to us again. When you do, kindly include a copy of your email to them and any response (if received), so we can guide you on the next steps.
