This is in reference to above, please note that our booking dates were 12th Aug Check In & 13th Aug check out .

While check in we came to know that dinner is booked only for 3 person ( One room ) while for other room we have to pay separately. This was shocking & ridiculous, since we had done booking for 5 ( 3+2 ) persons, why we exclude 2 persons. So we paid extra from our pocket.

It’s not the money but the ethics you have.

Very bad experience with Make My Trip.

We found used with MMT. False commitment, wrong information & no one available for support. Only virtual representative who don't understand our concern.



Quick & prompt action in this regard is highly appreciable.
