O had booked accommodation at Hotel Schwaiger, Prague through Goibibo for the period 26 March to 31 March under Booking ID GH77100260556196.
Due to unavoidable flight rescheduling arising from ongoing war-related escalation, i informed Goibibo customer care telephonically on the morning of 26 March that arrival would be delayed and check-in would take place on 27 March instead of 26 March.
Despite prior intimation, the opposite party cancelled the booking without consent or authorization of the complainant.
As a consequence of the wrongful cancellation, I suffered:
Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, the opposite party failed to provide satisfactory response, refund, or resolution.

- Deficiency in service
- Negligence

Reliefs Sought
U respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Commission may direct the opposite party to:
- Refund the full booking amount.
- Reimburse alternate accommodation expenses incurred by the complainant.
- Pay compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
- Pay litigation costs and any other relief deemed fit in the interest of justice.
