I had booked a package for mussoorie from make my trip.com and yesterday the cab driver dropped us to our hotel and today we asked him to pick us up by 9 30 . He agreed to it but he did not come on time . He made us wait in the hot sun for almost 1hour 40 mins . And then when we were continuously ringing him he told us he wont show up do whatever you can . Book another cab. And then i had to pay extra 300 to reach to him . He did not come to us we reached him in another cab after paying 300 rupees.
