Hi Team,
I met with an accident on 12th June 2026 at Shimla Zirakpur Highway opposite to Sekhon Banquet Hall at 6:45pm IST. The accident involved four cars collision back to back and my car was the last. I was driving at ~60Km/hrs and was trying to put on brakes but failed to do so & it resulted in major collision which damaged the front end of my car completely, Fortunately, there was no injuries reported in this accident.
To my surprise, when i came outside the car, i noticed the car air bags didnt open . I would like to challenge and raise a formal complaint against maruti for making such automobiles which are not meant for Safety at all. This is a wake call for me to use Maruti car in future as i wasnt able to belive car bags didnt open and make me feel loosing trust on the Maruti products now.
Please consider this as a formal complaint and i would like to take this to highest level to avoid road mishaps for Indians as this is a complete NO-GO from safety prospective
