I have booked Riviera Resorts and hotels from April 4, 2026 to April 5, 2026 on April 3rd but cancelled immediately due to misunderstanding of the name(I booked with the intention of chirala located one but this is chattisgarh located). Immediately I cancelled and informed both the hotelier and Goibibo. Hotelier agreed for refund and Goibibo pricing team person sent a mail confirmation( hotelier approval for refund) to regional manager of Goibibo chattisgarh (name: Vikas Choudary) but he didn't actioned on it. This is very wrong way of doing business.

I reached out to customer support and they are telling if Vikas Choudary approves we will process the refund. It is purely their internal control lapse and no communication between them(even though same company)
