Respected Sir/Madam,

I wish to file a complaint against Atomberg regarding the purchase of a fan from their official website.

The fan was delivered to me in a damaged condition. I reported the issue to Atomberg Customer Care immediately after receiving the product. Despite reporting the damage without any delay, the company has failed to provide a resolution.

I have made several follow-ups with their customer support team. However, instead of resolving my complaint, they repeatedly generated new case IDs. Whenever I contacted them regarding the status of these case IDs, I was informed that no such complaint was registered in their system. This has happened multiple times, causing unnecessary inconvenience, mental harassment, and a complete waste of my time.

Despite my continuous efforts to seek assistance, I have neither received a replacement nor any satisfactory response from the company. Their repeated failure to acknowledge my complaint and provide proper customer support amounts to a clear deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice.

I am enclosing copies of the purchase invoice and screenshots of my communications with Atomberg Customer Care as evidence in support of my complaint.

I respectfully request the Hon'ble Consumer Forum to:

  1. Direct Atomberg to replace the damaged fan with a new, defect-free product or provide a full refund of the purchase amount.
  2. Direct the company to compensate me for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and unnecessary delay caused by its negligent handling of my complaint.
  3. Grant any other relief that the Hon'ble Forum may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
I sincerely request your intervention to ensure that the company is held accountable for its deficient service and that I receive an appropriate resolution.
