I had requested for an IPTV connection to Airtel on the new boardband successful connection.
Due to some limitations with my one airtel plan they are not able to provide me IPTV connection and that request is open from 30th May.
Even after repetitive follow up calls with customer care and visiting airtel stores, the request has not been cancelled and every time only heard”Sorry of inconvenience we will escalate the issue to back end team and it will be resolved in 24hrs”.
Even the Customer Grievance is not helping here.
