Hi,

My name is Mohit Budhiraja.

I am level 2 member of Adi club, I have been shopping on adidas online from September 2023. I have don 13 transactions online with adidas online app.

I had ordered adidas shoes size uk 6 online on 9th May, 2025 through there app with cash on delivery mode of payment.

But I received wrong sizes in a pair, one shoe size is uk 4 and other shoe size is Uk 6.

I did return the shoes on receipt of packaged on 10- May itself. They took the package and it was delivered to their warehouse on 13-May as confirmed on there app.

But after 10 days I did not get any notification on my return of correct shoes or refund of my money, so I called there customer care and I was updated every time that goods are in QC and will be reverted within 48 hours of the complaint date. I did called 3 different times on completion of 48 hour time line.
Then finally I wrote mail to customer care asking about the update of my case for wrong shoes receipt.
Then adidas came back saying QC is rejecting the case of wrong size, and they can only return the shoes not refund.

I mailed ok to return CORRECT. Shoes and they confirmed same.

But to my surprise they sent the same shoes back. Wrong size uk 4 one shoe and uk 6 one shoe.

Now I want to file complaint to recover my refund for wrong product given by adidas

We understand that the Adidas has not responded properly to your phone calls, despite you having all the necessary supporting documents.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Adidas, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and refund the amount Rs. 2280/-. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
