I lost 850/-. Ordered 12 chocos. No response. Neither on mobile nor on whatsapp.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.

    • Set a 7-day deadline for refund.
  • Contact by Phone/WhatsApp
    • Customer Care Number: +91 86575 26591 (try call + WhatsApp message with order details).
  • Payment Gateway Dispute
    • If you paid by credit card / debit card / UPI / Paytm / Razorpay, immediately raise a dispute / chargeback with your bank or wallet provider.
    • Mention that the product was not delivered and the merchant is unresponsive.

Any action taken on Ditch the guilt yet and anyone aware of it ? Concerning part is they have this audacity like the transactions are still being done on the website and they are promoting ads for the things they are not delivering since months. Not sure how no action has been taken yet and they are fooling people.
