I purchased the mobile from Flipkart on January 29.I returned it because it was defective. Then Flipkart applied for a replacement. The mobile received after the replacement was also defective. Then when I raised the return, Flipcart wouldn't accept it. Also they told “First, you were to contact the brand” . So i ask the MI Service team to provide the Jobsheet. But what the MI SERVICE CENTRE said was, "The Redmi Note 5 pro mobile you purchased is an end-of-life product. So we cannot provide you with a Jobsheet. We cannot provide you with a SELLER REPLACEMENT POLICY. We cannot provide you with any help.” When I told Flipcart the same thing, they said that if there is no Jobsheet, we cannot accept the return.No matter how many times I try, Flipcart is not responding. Also, when I tell them my problem, they suddenly disconnect the call. They keep postponing my problem.
The MI Service Centre asked for an INVOICE for servicing. Then I showed them the INVOICE and they said " In this Invoice thre is mention Sold by Never Settle ,that means it's not sold by XIAOMI. So we can’t provide services". I told Flipcart the same thing. Then they said, "Tell them to send you what they said via mail, then forward it to us and we will check it. After I send that mail to Flipcart Customer service ,But it still they doesn't solve my problem. To explaining my problem in call they are , intentionally disconnecting the l call. This is unforgivable.
So please Help me to Solve my Problem
