My order no #588291 from Home Essentials has not been delivered after I have paid the full amount online. They have been giving some tracking no which is not showing any movement of the product. Have tried to contact on phone, but they do not answer. Please help me

I ordered for CoD but i have received worng order and no one is responding from there team. There is no return option in app. I have paid good amount of money but i have not received correct order.
I have been sending message on there instagram page and emails with picture and videos. But still not response from this company
