Hi this is to let you know that i ordered 2 plates of rajma chawal from BOX8 in gurgaon. When i called the delivery agent he said that the order has been cancelled by the resyaurant while the app contimued to show delivery guy on his way. Now app shows food delivered and they are refusing my refund citing excuses that i was reached by the restaurant where as there is not one call i missed instead i was the one who called the delivery agent
