Zomato Order not delivered and money not refunded.

Hello,

I have ordered from Zomato on 15 May 2026 with order ID : 8121459995. Delivery agent came for delivery at my apartment’s gate and called me to come down.

I asked him for doorstep delivery as nowhere it was mentioned while ordering that doorstep delivery is not possible. He rudely refused to deliver and cut off the call and went back without delivering. Sometimes back in the app it showed delivered. I talked to Zomato support agent and they said as I refused yo take order they can’t do refund. I never refused to accept the order just asked for doorstep delivery as it zomato does.

This is complete fraud. If doorstep delivery isn’t possible then they should have mentioned it before accepting the order.

Please look into this details and help me resolve the issue.
