I ordered food through Zomato on the evening of September 24th. The order content was as below:

However, Half daal fry was missing in the order. I did call the restaurant and reached out customer support but there was no action.
On email they replied saying they have decided to take no further action. It is zomato responsibility to make sure that order is delivered. Otherwise it is not just loss of money but mental harassment and wastage of time and energetic as well
