I ordered Polau and Chicken Kosha from Zomato, but the Polau delivered was stale and unfit for consumption. Despite raising a complaint, Zomato support failed to provide any resolution and closed the ticket without my consent. I request an appropriate refund and action against this unacceptable service and complaint-handling process.
