Zepto is scamming customers and in certain way that it couldn’t be noticed that much as it is giving away vouchers. It used to, but for now they don’t apply that discount on it like if you’re using one ₹125 voucher. It will only discount like ₹30-₹40 from it, which is like totally a fraud or scam. I’m submitting some screenshots which will show how to uses irrelevant amounts to show the bill pretty much high. After that applying the voucher. Also it will cost it only ₹30-₹40 from a voucher of ₹125, which is used to not done by the Zepto. The screenshot submitted above would cost anywhere around ₹160-170 max due to only ₹135 billing but even after adding the voucher of ₹125, it’s getting overall ₹134 payable, like ₹1 discount for who?! If it’s showing ₹125. I’ve ordered so much from it trusting it but now it’s scamming, I’ve lost around ₹2.5k until I noticed this. I want a compensation of atleast ₹10lacs for this kind of misleading and fraudulent act, which will make them remember not to repeat and play with people around and fool them luring by vouchers.
