Zepto's actions are appalling. They restricted my account without warning or explanation, despite my long-standing loyalty and numerous purchases. Their customer support refused to justify this decision, citing a permanent restriction without any grounds. The executive, Mr. Rusheel, was utterly unprofessional, dismissive, and rude, cutting off our conversation mid-way. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. I demand immediate reactivation of my account, compensation for the distress and financial loss caused, and action against the executive for his unprofessional conduct. Their failure to address these concerns will lead me to explore further action.
