I'm filing this complaint regarding my zepto order which was not delivered. I placed my order of orange kinnow, hide and seek biscuit and bingo tedhe medhe which in total amounts to 102 rupees. The order was placed on 18 jan, 2026 at 10:48 AM. After about 13 minutes, it showed that my order has been delivered. However I did not receive it. My delivery partner's phone was switched off so they could not be contacted. When I tried to get help from their "get help" option, it would not allow me to type or let them know regarding my complain, (I will be attaching the screenshot for reference). Moreover, none of their support websites are working.

I request the forum to kindly direct the company to refund me. I will be attaching the screenshot of the bill summary. Order Id: #OGNNVDBAF97119
