I ordered lettuce, milk, chocolate and kurkure chips from zepto on 10th June 25. It was showing it would be delivered within 8 mins. When I checked it was over 40-45 mins. It was showing the product was delivered which I never received it. when i tried to contact their support chat, bot denied to give me a refund, which I never received. I also checked the hotel reception if it was delivered with them, but no. The delivery partner didn't even call before delivery, and when I tried to contact him, he didn't pick it up. I did for 6-7 times. If the product was delivered correctly, why he hesitate to pick up the call in the first place? I told support team as well i need to talk with the delivery partner, but they denied. This is totally unacceptable. I literally waited for my basic things it wasn't that expensive but the products never came. We, as a consumer, trust these website which has a fraud system and delivery partners.
