This is regarding the faulty Baby Bather we received. Following our number of complaints, we contacted to Zepto team and assured that the product would be picked up or exchanged. However, despite this assurance, no one has arrived for the pickup and no exchange has taken place.
At this point, after multiple attempts to get this issue resolved and repeated delays from Zepto end, we no longer wish to proceed with the exchange process. Since Zepto team has been unable to fulfill the promised replacement, we request a full refund for the product amount.
We have been patient throughout this process, but the continued lack of action has been extremely disappointing.
