i ordered through zepto on 8th july in that one item was missing that is vanish when i raised complain through app they asked me to drop email to onesupport when i dropped an email their support team is so irritating that they have one default response that we have sent the items and similar last time in june end they had sent expired milk for that also they responsded same way we have sent correct one that was actually expired on 24 june and expired product was sent on my 27 june order that time ok i took as feedback thinking they will improve but this time again same for missing item also they give same type of response they never admit their mistake and never provide any resolution for their mistake
