The app confirmed my order at 8:02 pm on 2nd April 2026. The order kept delaying even after 25 minutes.
It wal highlighted that it is a high demand period so slight delay should be expected and I was patient.
But at 9:43 even after contless updates on zepto customer care and promising the delivery the app has cancelled my ordered wasting my hours.
And this is not even the first time.
I have attached screenshots to show ordered time and time of cancellation by Zepto.
