Dear Sir/Madam,

This to inform you that I had a Zara gift card of Rs.4000/- purchased on 17th March 2024 which is misplaced somehow. So 28th Feb,2025, I have visited the Zara store (South City-Kolkata) with the Invoice and had a talk with the customer care officer ,Mr. Sagar for replacement of the said gift card, who advised us to escalate the issue through their official email (info-in@zara.com) which I did on 1st Mar,2025.

Zara replied through email their non-acceptance on 1.3.2025.

Once again we mailed to them on 5.3.2025 which again came back as a refusal mail from Zara on 7.3.2025.

Zara invoice carries a serial number of the above misplaced card and the purchaser’s details, Zara could have jolly well cross-checked our claim and reissued the same in hard/soft copy.

We, though virtually pleaded to them for this costly gift card replacement, being a loyal customer but since they refused to do so, we do hereby kindly request you to solve this issue and advise Zara accordingly to replace the voucher forthwith.

The necessary documents are attached herewith for a quick redressal from your side.

A line in confirmation per return is solicited.
