A month ago i booked my first service at yes madam, they assigned a professional who was more interested in looking at my house than the service, she started insisting i help her out in real estate and gave terrible service. I complained this to yes madam and they refunded 50% of my amount spent to my yes madam account. They assured me good service second time … i trusted them and booked again, this time the professional did not show up saying location is too far and i need to talk to support and get another professional assigned. The support team easily mentioned no professional is available and cancelled my booking and refunded the extra amount i paid through my card. Now the yes madam wallet amount i used will expire in a day and the app says i can’t make booking for next 7 days. This is a pure scam do not encourage these people and let them in your houses. I have wasted my time and money both on this. The support will never have a solution.
