I have ordered a woman fancy lingerie item [ D9661-PD-0125 CH ] < DPH99514> COMBO QUANTITY 1.
BUT INSTEAD OF THE LINGERIE I RECEIVED SANITARY NAPKINS. The email put in the site is also fraud and invalid xmem.x@gmail.com this one and the haven't put any contact details either.
Also in the order details there is no order showing. I had paid 600 rupees for this. I want every single penny back as soon as possible. The order had 5 pieces it was a combo. The site itself is very weird I paid online. I have attached the file also it showed only cash on delivery because they knew if the customer had already paid he will check the product first before sending the delivery guy. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. I Want to return this item and get the full refund of 600 rupees. It's second email mentioned is menasih09@gmail.com please take the legal action as soon as possible.

I have placed an order of sexy lingerie and I paid for the order....after opening the order I found sanitary pads...
Can I get a refund please or how can I report this people..
 
Hello,

I had placed an order on the Xwoman website selling lingerie as screenshot attached below. I also received a message from the website saying the order is confirmed and have also attached the screenshot of the message received by me.

After regularly tracking the package I have received the package today as on 3rd September. However on opening the package the product are completely different.
I have ordered six pcs of lingerie set but what I received is some sanitary napkins.

I have paid Rs. 599/- for this order but received this shitty products.

I request you to please pickup the wrong order and give me my correct order or else refund the amount immediately.
