I purchased Xiaomi (MI) Water purifier on 3rd August 2022 and it was working good till June 2025.After calling service engineer said need to change filters , so I buy Rs 5000 worth filters and fixed but still issue persist. Then again called service engineer he said some sensor is not working need to replace. Also he said no spares are available for this Water purifier. Now I couldn't able to get water and money gone waste. Hence request for justification. The total amount will be 11400-00 (Water purifier-6400 + New filters-5000)
